Terms of service
Last updated: September 25, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of autismkidstest.com and to everything you buy from autism kids academy ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not order.
1. What we sell
We sell digital products only: ebooks and printable resources delivered as PDF files. Nothing is posted to you and there is no physical item to return.
2. How delivery works
After your payment is approved, your files are sent to the email address you entered at checkout, and a download link also appears on your order confirmation page. Each file downloads separately as a PDF. Delivery is normally within a few minutes.
It is your responsibility to enter a working email address. If your files have not arrived within one hour, check your spam folder first, then email us at mouadsteba01@gmail.com and we will resend them.
To open the files you need a device that can read PDF documents. Most phones, tablets and computers can do this without extra software.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in US dollars and include any taxes we are required to charge. Your bank may apply a currency conversion fee, which is outside our control.
We may change our prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the price displayed when you complete checkout.
Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
4. Your right to cancel, and our guarantee
Because our products are digital and are made available to you immediately, by completing your order you ask for delivery to begin straight away and you accept that, once the files have been made available, any statutory right of withdrawal for digital content no longer applies.
That said, we do not want anyone to be stuck with something that does not help their family. We offer our own 30-day money-back guarantee, which is more generous than the law requires: email us within 30 days of your order and we will refund you in full, no questions asked. The full terms are in our Refund policy.
Nothing in these Terms removes any rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.
5. What you may and may not do with the files
When you buy from us, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files for yourself and your own family, and to print as many copies as you need for that purpose.
Teachers, therapists and other professionals may print and use the resources with the children they personally work with.
You may not resell, rent, share, upload, publish or distribute the files or any part of them, and you may not present the content as your own work. The copyright stays with us and with Sarah Anderson.
6. Important: this is not medical advice
Our books and resources are educational and are written to support parents and carers. They are not medical, psychological, diagnostic, therapeutic, educational or legal advice, and they are not a substitute for care from a qualified professional who knows your child.
Every autistic child is different. Nothing we publish is a promise of any particular outcome, and you should always use your own judgement about what is right for your child. If you have concerns about your child's health, development or safety, speak to a doctor or another qualified professional. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
7. Accounts and conduct
If you create an account, keep your password safe; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Do not use our site to break the law, to interfere with how the site works, or to attempt to gain access to areas you are not entitled to.
8. Availability of the site
We try to keep the site and your download links working at all times, but we cannot promise the site will never be unavailable. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site or any product at any time.
9. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these Terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for business losses, or for anything caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We do not limit our responsibility for anything that cannot lawfully be limited, including fraud, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
10. Your personal information
How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy policy.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of any mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
If something goes wrong, please email us first at mouadsteba01@gmail.com. We would much rather sort it out directly.
